Grilled Teriyaki Pork Kabobs . Pork, peppers, mushrooms and pineapple make for succulent grilled kabobs.
Serves 4 Preparation Time:15 minutes Cook Time:12 minutes
Ingredients:
1 package (18.4-ounce) Hormel® Always Tender® Teriyaki Flavored Pork Tenderloin, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 can (12-ounce) pineapple chunks , drained
1 package (8-ounce) fresh button mushrooms
Olive oil
Directions Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Cut pork into 1 1/2 inch cubed pieces. Alternately thread pork, bell pepper, pineapple and mushrooms onto large metal skewers; brush lightly with oil. Grill kabobs, turning once, for 12 minutes or until internal temperature of pork reaches 155ºF. ( Enjoy! ) |
