Scrumptious Chicken Fajitas

These chicken fajitas are a quick and easy dish to serve up with tortillas and lime wedges. Ingredients needed: 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into strips, 1/2 cup of LAWRY'S® Mesquite Marinade with Lime Juice, 3 Tbs. plus 1/2 tsp. of vegetable oil divided, 1 small onion ( sliced and separated into rings ), 1 medium-sized green bell pepper ( cut into strips ), 3/4 tsp. of LAWRY'S® Garlic Powder with Parsley, 1/2 tsp. of hot pepper sauce ( McILHENNY CO. TABASCO® being my favorite ), 1 medium tomato ( cut into wedges ), 2 Tbs. of chopped fresh cilantro, flour tortillas, warmed, 1 medium lime ( cut into wedges ) Preparations are as follows: Pierce chicken several times with a fork; place into a large resealable plastic bag or a covered bowl. Pour Mesquite Marinade with Lime Juice over chicken; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Heat 1 Tbs. plus 1 1/2 tsp. of oil in a large skillet. Add onion, bell pepper, Garlic Powder with Parsley, and hot pepper sauce. Saute' for 5 to 7 minutes or until onion is crisp-tender. Remove vegetable mixture from skillet; set aside. Heat remaining  2 Tbs. of oil in same skillet. Add chicken; saute' for 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center, stirring frequently. Return vegetable mixture to skillet with tomato and cilantro; heat through. Serve with tortillas and lime wedges. Enjoy.
