Ingredients
1 lb. penne pasta, cooked and drained
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper
1 (26 oz.) jar pasta sauce
2 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ C. Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
In a large skillet, brown beef until cooked through; season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Add in pasta, sauce, 1 cup of mozzarella, and Parmesan. Mix well and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
