Crockpot Caramel Apple Cheesecake

Did you know that you can make cheesecake in your crockpot? If you didn't know that, now you do! You will love this caramel apple cheesecake! But don't take my word for it. Give it a try for yourself! You won't be sorry.

Ingredients

1½ sticks butter, softened
½ C. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. salt
1 egg
2 C. flour
½ C. Skor Milk Chocolate Toffee Bits

Cheesecake Center:

8 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 egg

Topping:

1 peeled apple, diced
1 cup Kraft Caramel Bits

Directions

Spray your crockpot well with nonstick spray. In a large mixing bowl beat the butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until mixed well. Add in egg and again mix thoroughly. Slowly add your flour and then stir in toffee bits. In a separate bowl beat together cheesecake ingredients.

Pour and press your first bowl/mixture onto the bottom of the crockpot, and then pour your second bowl/mixture over top of it.  Once everything is spread evenly throughout the pot sprinkle on the apple and caramel bits.  Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours.  When your cheesecake is done let it sit until cool before removing it from the crockpot.
Enjoy.
