These steak fajitas are quick and easy to serve up when pressed for time, and are a great recipe to get the children involved in the cooking. Ingredients needed: 1/2 cup of A.1.® Steak Sauce, 1/2 cup of picante sauce, 1 lb. of flank or bottom round steak, thinly sliced, 1 medium onion, thinly sliced, 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips, 1 Tbs. of margarine, 8 ( 8-inch ) flour tortillas, warmed, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, avocado slices, Kraft® shredded cheese. Preparations are as follows: In a small bowl, blend together steak sauce and picante sauce to create marinade. Place steak in a shallow nonmetal dish; pour marinade over steak. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook onion and green pepper in margarine, for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove with a slotted spoon; reserve. Add steak with marinade into same skillet; cook and stir for approximately 8 minutes. Add reserved vegetables; cook until heated through. Serve steak mixture in tortillas with desired fajita toppings. Enjoy.
