3lbs. ground chuck
2eggs
2tsp. chili powder
1 med chopped onion
1/2tsp. pepper
2tsp. salt
1 can evap. milk
2c. quick oats
1/2tsp. garlic powder
Make meatballs approx. 1" in diameter place in large pan Bake at 350 1/2 hour without sauce. Sauce
4 cups(32 oz.) ketchup
4cups brown sugar
2tlb. liquid smoke
1tsp. garlic powder
pour over meatballs. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 with sauce.
