The raspberries added to the whipped butter make for a new and exciting spread. It can be used on toast, biscuits, pancakes, waffles… Not a fan of raspberries? Swap them with blueberries or blackberries!
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. fresh raspberries
2 T. confectioners' sugar
Directions:
Combine the butter, raspberries, and powdered sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer. Whisk, scraping the sides of the bowl once or twice, until fully combined. Enjoy!
