This sesame chicken adds an oriental flair to your table, and is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Ingredients needed: 1 lb. of boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into 4-1/2-inch strips, 1/3 cup of soy sauce, 2 tsp. of minced garlic, 1 tsp. of dark sesame oil, 1/2 tsp of ground ginger, 6 oz. ( 1 carton ) of Alpine Lace® Cream Cheese with Garlic & Herbs, 2 Tbs. of finely chopped green onion, 2 Tbs. of toasted sesame seeds, 1 Tbs. of extra virgin olive oil. Preparations are as follows: In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger. Reserve 2 Tbs. and pour the remaining marinade into a self-sealing plastic bag. Add the chicken pieces and seal the bag. Turn the bag to coat all of the chicken, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Preparations for Oriental Créme are as follows: In another small bowl, place the cream cheese. Whisk in the reserved 2 Tbs. of marinade and stir in the green onion. Cover and refrigerate. Remove the chicken from the marinade, discarding any remaining marinade. Spread the sesame seeds onto a plate and roll the chicken strips in them until lightly coated. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 6 minutes or until the juices run clear when the chicken is pierced with a fork. Serve with the Oriental Créme. Enjoy.
