What would summer time fun be without good old fashioned lemonade? Honestly I have very few childhood memories that didn't seem to include ice cold lemonade and fun in the sun. Ingredients needed: 2 cups of sugar, 3 cups of water, 4 cups of crushed ice ( or cubes ), 10 lemons. Preparations as follows: Cut 1/2 of one lemon into thin slices and set aside. Juice the remaining 9 1/2 lemons and pour into a glass pitcher or punch bowl. Stir in the water and sugar until dissolved. Pour in the ice and float the lemon slices on top. Enjoy.
