Bow Tie Pasta Salad

This pasta salad is one of my favorites especially during the summer months when fresh garden produce is available. It a great side dish to serve with just about every entree. Ingredients needed: 16 oz. of uncooked bow tie pasta, fresh garden vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots ( or 1 bag of Birds Eye® frozen Farm Fresh Mixtures ), 1 cup of Italian salad dressing, or dressing of your choice, 1 bunch of thinly sliced green onions, 1 cup of pitted olives, halved ( optional ) Preparations are as follows: Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Cook vegetables until tender, or if using frozen, according to package directions, ; drain. Combine pasta and vegetables with remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Enjoy.
