Strawberry Cream Puff Pastry Cups


Ingredients:

1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
10 strawberries, hulled and pureed
24 puff pastry cups ( These can be found at your local Walmart. Pepperidge Farm ® puff pastry cups )

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake frozen puff pastry cups for 20 minutes or until golden brown. In the meantime, whip together whipping cream, honey and vanilla extract until you have stiff peaks. Slowly stir in strawberry purée. Refrigerate. When pastry cups are done, allow to completely cool. Pipe cream into cups. ENJOY!
