Heaven Scent Frosted Peanut Butter Cookies

These frosted peanut butter cookies are sure to become a favorite at your house. Ingredients needed: 1 1/4 cup of packed light brown sugar, 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter ( Choosy Moms Choose Jif® ), 1/2 cup of Crisco® all -vegetable shortening, 1 cup of mashed bananas, 3 Tbs. of milk, 1 1/2 tsp. of vanilla, 1 egg, 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 3/4 tsp. of baking soda, 3/4 tsp. of salt, 1 1/2 cups of Hershey's® milk chocolate chunks or semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup of coarsely chopped pecans. Frosting ingredients needed: 2 Tbs. of Butter Flavor Crisco® all-vegetable shortening, 1 1/2 cup of miniature marshmallows, 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter ( Jif® ), 1/2 tsp. of vanilla, 1 1/4 cups of confectioners sugar, hot water, 1 cup of peanut butter chips. Preparations for cookies are as follows: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together brown sugar, peanut butter, 1/2 cup of shortening, banana, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt add to shortening mixture. Beat at low speed until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons full, or ice cream scoop, 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake one sheet at a time at 350 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes, or until light brown around edges. Cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet and transfer to foil or cookie plate, to finish cooling completely. Preparations for frosting are as follows: Melt 2 tbs. of shortening in a medium saucepan on low heat. Add marshmallows and peanut butter. Heat until melted, stirring constantly until well blended. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Place confectioners sugar into a medium bowl. Add marshmallows mixture and 1 Tbs. of hot water at a time, beating until desired consistency. Frost cookies and sprinkle with peanut butter chips. Enjoy
