Silly Rabbit These No-Bake Trix™ Bars Aren't Just For Kids

These colorful Trix™ marshmallow bars are an extraordinary treat. These fun, brightly colored bars go beyond the basic marshmallow + butter + cereal formula with a layer of creamy, sweet white chocolate ganache and a colorful sprinkling of rainbow chips.

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons butter

10 ounces mini marshmallows

1 box (10.7 ounce) Trix™ cereal

18 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped

2/3 cup heavy whipping cream, divided

1 package (2.2 ounces) Betty Crocker™ Candy Shop decors rainbow chips

Directions:

Grease the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 inch pan with butter or line the pan with non-stick tin foil.

Combine butter and marshmallows in a large mixing bowl. Heat in microwave on high power for 1 minute. Remove and stir then heat for another 45-60 seconds and stir.

Pour in the Trix™ cereal and stir until well blended.

Spread into an even layer in the prepared pan.

Combine the white chocolate and 1/4 cup of the heavy whipping cream in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high power for 30 seconds. Remove and stir and let sit for 2 minutes.

Stir again, if needed, heat for 15 second increments, stirring after each just until melted.

Stir in the remaining heavy whipping cream.

Pour the white chocolate evenly over the Trix™ bars.

Immediately sprinkle the rainbow chips over top of the bars. Refrigerate for one hour. Remove and cut into squares. Enjoy!
