No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Bars are simply the BEST. It’s a quick and easy recipe, and incredibly deli-cious! Six ingredients and five minutes are all you need!
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 1/3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Directions:
Add peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and chocolate chips to a large glass bowl and microwave for 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Add oats and coconut and stir to coat. Press into a greased 8x8" pan and chill about 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares and store covered in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
