This easy to make micro-sized monkey bread has the same great flavor as it's larger counter part. They will quickly become a hit at your house!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 cans Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits,
or you can opt to make your own biscuit dough
Directions:
Grease or spray 12 regular-size muffin cup pan.
Mix butter and brown sugar;
spoon 1 tbls. mixture into each muffin cup.
Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon into a 1-gallon sealable bag.
Seperate dough into 20 biscuits;
cut each biscuit into 6 pieces.
Place pieces into sugar & cinnamon mixture, in bag, and shake well to coat.
Place 10 pieces into each muffin cup.
Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute; then turn upside down onto a foil covered cookie sheet. Serve warm. Enjoy!
