Ingredients
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg
1 Tbs Worchester sauce
1/4 cup BBQ Sauce plus 2Tbsp.
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 Vlasic® Dill Stackers
Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Mix all ingredients except cheese, Vlasic® Dill Stackers, and 2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce in a bowl. 3. Take half meat mixture and form into oblong meatloaf shape on baking sheet. Flatten slightly. 4. Lay Vlasic Dill Stackers over meat and cover with shredded cheddar. 5. Take remaining meat mixture and form over already formed oblong meat. Pinch edges to seal, and continue to form into loaf. 6. Brush remaining 2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce over loaf. 7. Bake Meatloaf at 350° for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, or until instant read thermometer inserted into center of meatloaf reads 165°. ( Enjoy ) |
