No Bake Chocolate Cream Pie

This chocolate cream pie is a favorite of mine and I'm certain you will enjoy it as well. Ingredients needed: Chocolate Nut Pie Crust ( Recipe Follows ), 6 squares of Baker's® Semi-Sweet Chocolate, 1/2 cup of corn syrup, 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream, 1 tsp. of vanilla extract, chocolate shavings ( optional ), sliced strawberries ( optional ). Preparations are as follows: Prepare Chocolate Nut Pie Crust. In a large microwavable bowl mix together chocolate, corn syrup, and 1/2 cup of the heavy cream. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in the vanilla. Cool to room temperature. Beat remaining 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently stir in chocolate mixture. Spoon into chocolate Nut Pie Crust. Refrigerate until firm ( approximately 4 hours ). Garnish with additional whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and strawberries. Enjoy. Chocolate Nut Pie Crust Ingredients needed: 6 squares of Baker's® Semi-Sweet Chocolate, 1 Tbs. of butter or margarine, 1 1/2 cups of toasted finely chopped nuts Preparations are as follows: Line a 9-inch pie plate with foil. In a large microwavable bowl combine chocolate and margarine. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes or until margarine is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in nuts. Press mixture onto bottom and up side of prepared pie plate. Refrigerate until firm ( approximately 1 hour ). Remove crust from pie plate; peel off foil. Return crust to pie plate or place onto a serving plate and refrigerate again until filled with pie filling.
