Double Chocolate Truffles

These chocolate truffles are easy to prepare. Family and guests alike will absolutely love them. Ingredients needed: 1/2 cup of whipping cream, 1 Tbs. of butter or margarine, 4 ( 1 oz. ) bars of Hershey®'s Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, broken into pieces, 1 ( 7 oz. ) Hershey®'s Milk Chocolate Bar,broken into pieces, 1 Tbs. of amaretto ( almond-flavored liqueur ) or 1/2 tsp. of almond extract, ground almonds Preparations are as follows: In a small saucepan, combine whipping cream and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until mixture is very hot. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat; add chocolate, chocolate bar pieces and liqueur. Stir with whisk until smooth. Press plastic wrap directly onto surface; cool for several hours or until mixture is firm enough to handle. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in almonds to coat. Refrigerate until firm. Enjoy.
