This recipe is another favorite of mine in that it is not very time consuming and something everyone enjoys. Ingredients needed: 2 cups of self rising flour, 1 egg beaten, 1/2 cup milk 3 Tbs. vegetable oil Preparations as follows: ( I am someone who always boils my chicken before preparing any chicken dish, so I generally save the broth for making dumplings, but chicken broth purchased from the store works fine as well. ) Mix the above ingredients, together well. Form a dough and drop by rounded spoonfuls into boiling broth. Cover with a lid and cook an additional 10-14 minutes. Enjoy.
